I am a social entrepreneur, wellbeing and parenting consultant, mentor, mother and wife.
I survived a horrific motor accident and overcame several mental health challenges, including depression and anxiety. I managed to find the path to recovery without medication.
My mission now is to help others live free from stress and discover inner peace.

I deliver keynote talks at schools, organisations, and events to raise awareness around mental health, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, and parenting challenges. Through a professional yet relatable approach, I aim to educate, motivate, and equip audiences with practical tools to foster resilience, emotional wellbeing, and positive personal growth.

I offer one-to-one faith based mentoring sessions to gently support those navigating stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, and personal challenges. Each session provides a safe and nurturing space to explore emotions, build self-awareness, and begin the journey toward healing and inner peace.

I guide mindful nature walks that offer a gentle escape from daily stress and emotional overwhelm. Through reflective pauses, grounding practices, and intentional movement, participants reconnect with themselves, cultivate inner calm, and deepen their sense of peace. These walks provide a restorative space to breathe, reflect, and realign with clarity and purpose.
Rashida's 'Stress-less' session was unreal, totally amazing. It resonated with me deeply, especially how she connects everything back to God, the universe, or whatever higher power the audience believes in. Rashida, you have a very unique gift. You are so in tune with your heart and that shows in how naturally your speaking flows. I absolutely loved your session. It was very engaging and I left feeling as if my cup had just been filled. Love and utmost respect to you.
We were truly honoured to have Rashida Zaman speak at our Shine In Pink women’s wellness afternoon. Her story didn’t just move us; it stayed with us. She shared with honesty and quiet strength, and the whole room felt it. Her use of visual props made her message clear, thoughtful and memorable. Rashida speaks with depth that comes from rich lived experience. Her wisdom, warmth and authenticity come through in every word. We felt her genuine heart for helping women rebuild, begin again after difficult seasons and step into new opportunities with courage and authenticity. Her voice gives women permission to use their unique gifts and skills to hope, dream and re-write their story again, even after great challenges. Thank you, Rashida, for bringing your empowering fresh perspective to our event.
Rashida is a professional. She was really enthusiastic to be a part of Newham's Islamophobia Awareness Month 2023. Once approached, she responded to emails promptly, addressed all inquiries, and was courteous and helpful throughout. On the day of the event, she turned up on time, set up her presentation, and was ready to greet attendees as they arrived. The use of visuals and examples complemented the talk rather nicely. I think hearing about Rashida's personal journey with such sensitive taboo topics gave me a renewed sense of respect for her. She was extremely brave and courageous throughout sharing her life story. I hope those that did attend took away a piece of that bravery as that is what I would call it and allow themselves to heal and share their stories to help others. I felt the question and answer session at the end was a good opportunity for attendees to engage and ask about specific matters to which Rashida provided good suggestions. The relevance, depth, and value of the content presented in the workshop along with the positive feedback would make me extremely likely to recommend Rashida's workshops. You could see the passion and enthusiasm as soon as Rashida started to speak about her experiences and how she genuinely wanted to help others with the struggles they may be facing. Rashida spoke at a good pace with clear articulation. She managed to cover the three different topics of the workshop in an intertwining, relevant way.
I am so glad I came, and I don't think I will miss the next one. I really learnt a lot on how to deal with others who upset us. Thank you so much, Rashida.
Thank you so much, sister Rashida. Keep up the good work, and I pray you can reach out to more sisters. We all need a safe place where we can all share our worries and get some guidance on how to deal with them.
I attended a parenting workshop held at this school. It was very beneficial and engaging. Thank you to the excellent tips and helpful ways to communicate better. I love the ideas and examples you shared. Keep up the good work. I loved the roleplay part. Everything about today's session was perfect.
